Cahoo Eco-Gel™ is Easy to Use!

In a well ventilated area, mix 1 part Cahoo Eco-Gel™ with 1 part water and stir. Add two parts of 6% household chlorine bleach. As soon as the bleach is added, the clear Eco-Gel immediately forms. Stir gently with a wood or plastic stir stick so the product reaches a uniform consistency. Cahoo Eco-Gel™ is a ready-to-use product that can be applied to any wood surface using a paint brush, roller or an airless sprayer. Almost instantaneously the mold and mildew will disappear. Deeper stains may require a second application. Once Cahoo Eco-Gel™ has dried, in twenty to thirty minutes; the residue can be easily rinsed away with a garden hose with a pressure spray head. Remember; mix up only enough Cahoo Eco-GelTM that you can easily apply in one hour.

Can Cahoo Eco-Gel™ be sprayed?

Yes. With its patent pending technology, Cahoo Eco-Gel™ can be easily sprayed on using an airless paint sprayer. Cahoo Eco-GelTM will not clog the nozzle and will not drip. On big job sites Cahoo Eco-GelTM can be sprayed to clean mildew / mold stains. When using Cahoo Eco-GelTM on a large project remember to mix up only enough that can easily be applied in one hour.

How can I use Cahoo Eco-Gel™ to clean my log home?

First, rinse your log home with clean water to remove any surface dirt that may have accumulated. Second, prepare a quantity of Cahoo Eco-Gel™ that can be easily applied in one hour. Third, apply the Cahoo Eco-Gel™ to your logs, using a paint brush or an HVLP sprayer, and work from the bottom to the top of your home. Let the Cahoo Eco-Gel™ dry for 20-30 minutes until bleach smell is gone. Finally, thoroughly rinse the application area from the top to the bottom using a garden hose with a pressure spray head. Keep rinsing with clean water until the wood surface area ceases to have a greasy feel.

How much coverage can I expect from Cahoo Eco-Gel™?

A one quart pail of Cahoo Eco-GelTM Concentrate when mixed with one quart of water and two of quarts bleach will mix up to one gallon of Cahoo Eco-Gel™. This will remove mildew and mold from up to 400 SF of wood surface.

A one gallon pail of Cahoo Eco-GelTM Concentrate when mixed with one gallon of water and two gallons of bleach will mix up to 4 gallons of Cahoo Eco-Gel™. This will remove mold and mildew from up to 1600 SF of wood surface.

Why does Cahoo Eco-Gel™ create no water and soil pollution?

When bleach drips to the ground, it changes soil to a high caustic condition that will harm plant material by burning the roots of plants. When bleach gets into the ground water, it can react with the organic chemicals in water to make chloro hydrocarbon chemicals, some of which can be carcinogens. The no-drip Cahoo Eco-Gel™ "greens up" bleach. Mixed correctly, the Eco-Gel™ forms a bond with the bleach, and the solution evaporates without the harmful leaching effects of bleach.

Why do I have to use Cahoo Eco-Gel™ within one hour after it has been prepared?

The gel can turn too thick for easy application and will lose its bleaching power because the bleach will evaporate into the atmosphere.
