HOW DO YOU APPLY EMERGE SURFACE DEGREASER? General application: Add 4 ounces of EMERGE to a gallon of water and apply freely to the concrete floor with a mop or sponge. Rinse thoroughly with clean water. EMERGE will remove the BEAN-e-doo residue and leave the concrete floor clean and ready for a new surface finish
