WHERE SHOULD M-1 ADVANCED MILDEWCIDE BE USED?

M-1 should be added to exterior finishes when a home is located on a river, stream or lake. It should also be used on homes located in forested areas where little sun reaches the home. M-1 should also be used on homes located in moist climates (i.e. Louisiana, Coastal Texas, Mississippi, Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, Hawaii, Coastal Washington and Oregon) If previous finishes have had problems with the growth of mold and mildew, always add M-1 Advanced. On the interior of homes use this product in Bathroom, Spa Rooms, Greenhouses, Basements and any other areas with lots of moisture and poor humidity control.

Important Notice: M-1 ADVANCED MILDEWCIDE CAN NOT BE USED IN LIFELINE ADVANCE SATIN OR GLOSS TOPCOAT.

HOW DO YOU MIX M-1 WITH YOUR FINISH?

Just pour the entire contents of the 7.5 ounce bottle of M-1 Advanced Mildewcide into five gallons of paint or stain and shake or stir thoroughly for 2-3 minutes. Apply the coating per the manufacturer’s directions. It is a violation of federal law to use M-1 Advanced Mildewcide in a manner inconsistent with its labeling. M-1 is designed to control surface mold and mildew and should be used only in the final coat of finish coat being applied at any one time.
