While attending the Internet Retailer Convention in Chicago this past June '08 we saw an exciting new technology from iPaper USA that we felt would be very helpful to LogFinish.com customers. This new technology has been licensed by LogFinish.com, and thanks to webmaster Merit Lee, our Interactive Catalog is now online. LogFinish.com has a number of products that, at a quick glance, appear to do similar things. There are, of course, many subtle differences that will make a specific product better for specific applications. The new Interactive Catalog allows you to get a good overview of our entire product line. Although the catalog is in an electronic format, it reads like a paper catalog. This allows us to keep the catalog fresher with new products and alert customers immediately to inevitable price changes. The Interactive Catalog also has a number of interesting features that paper catalogs do not.
If you want to get a closer look at specific product details, just move your mouse over the copy and a small magnifying glass with a (+) will appear. Click on the page to bring it up to full size for easy reading. Left click again and the page returns to normal size. If you want more details on the product, move your mouse over the copy and you will see a “Buy Now” logo. Left click on that "Buy Now” logo and it will take you to the web page for that product. Proceed to the bottom of the page for the product and you are in the right place to order online.

A Word About Price Increases
The increasing price of oil has triggered a wave of price increases from LogFinish.com vendors. We have already implemented a 5% price increase on Perma-Chink products that became effective July 15. We have just received a 6% increase on WOODguard products and a 5% increase on American Building Restoration products. As we have substantial quantities of these products on hand we will be able to hold current pricing constant until August 31. On September 1, 2008 price increases will go into effect on WOODguard and American Building Restoration products. Smart Shoppers take note: Buy now and avoid the price increase.

Quantity Discounts
Not all the news on pricing is bad. During the Spring we implemented a quantity discount program for large projects. On orders of $1500 or more, LogFinish.com now provides a 5% discount on all items purchased. On orders of $2500 or more, the discount increases to 10%. This discount program is built into our online ordering system so quantity discounts are automatically calculated as you work up your on-line order. This discount will also be applied to all telephone and mail orders by our customer service staff. Our advice to customers looking to save money is plan ahead and consolidate your orders to get the industry's best pricing.
