Surface Preparation
- The substrate should be clean, free of oils or water repellents and completely dry before application.
- Any dirt or discolorations should be removed with All Wood Cleaner or a diluted bleach solution (3 parts water / 1 part bleach).
- Thoroughly rinse and allow to dry before applying Chink Paint.
Application
- Chink Paint should be thoroughly stirred before use and occasionally during use.
- Use a synthetic bristle brush slightly smaller than the joint size to be painted.
- Any spills, drips or runs should be cleaned up immediately with soap and water or a wet cloth.
- Clean tools and brushes with soap and water.
- Do not apply when the temperature is below 40° F or above 100° F.
- Do not allow product to freeze.
- Store unused portion in tightly sealed container, away from high heat or freezing temperatures.
